How fast will I see results?
Results will happen, but I don’t promise changes in 2 weeks. We focus on internal changes first habits, mindset, energy and external changes usually come after 2–3 months. Everyone is different, but that’s a rough estimate. I will never make false promises.
Are the results guaranteed?
Yes, I give 100% as your coach, but I expect the same from you. If you don’t put in the effort, nothing will change. This is team work!
How long does your program last?
It depends on your needs. That’s why we start with a call to see how I can help you. I can tell you one thing for sure: this program is not 6–8 weeks. Real transformation takes time.
How exactly do you help?
I help you based on your unique needs. For some, it’s mostly nutrition; for others, it’s mindset or consistency. Everyone is different, but we make sure you master the basics first.
Will I get a step-by-step roadmap?
Yes! And we adjust it as we go so it fits your progress and lifestyle.
Do I need to be ready to train 2 hours a day and 6 days a week?
Hell no, I don’t even do that. We work around your schedule and lifestyle, not the other way around.
Do I need to train at a gym or can can I train from home?
Ideally, yes gyms have more equipment and allow heavier training. But if home is your only option, we can make it work. You’ll need a few dumbbells for most exercises.
Will it be personalised to me?
Absolutely. This is not another generic program, it’s built specifically for you and your goals.
Can I still eat foods that I love?
Absolutely! You don’t have to give up rice, beans, tortillas, or your favorite meals. We focus on balance and portion, not restriction.
I’ve hired other ‘online fitness coaches’ and didn’t get results. How do I know this will work?
All my clients get results when they DO the work. I provide everything from top to bottom that goes into accomplishing the goal. Unlike in person training where they just focus on the workouts, we cover all the bases. No one has asked for a refund yet but if for some reason you don't see results in the first 10 weeks even though you did the workouts, you will get your money back.
